Decomposed dead body found behind the hospital

New Delhi. A highly decomposed body, the gender of which is yet to be identified, has been found in an open land behind Safdarjung Hospital in the national capital. A police officer gave this information on Thursday. The officer said that around 2.30 pm on Wednesday, the Safdarjung Enclave police station received a PCR call informing about the body being found. The officer said, “Acting on the call, a police team was immediately dispatched. Crime and forensic teams have inspected the spot. We have initiated 174 CrPC proceedings. Investigation is on to identify the person and the gender of the deceased.
