New Delhi: Air quality across Delhi remained in the ‘very poor’ category on Tuesday evening as the city’s overall AQI reached 384, according to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) data.
In the national capital, Anand Vihar area was recorded in the ‘very poor’ category with PM 2.5 at 318 and PM 10 at 272, which was in the ‘poor’ category, while CO reached 48, which was in the ‘good’ level, while NO2 Was at 55. At Bawana station, PM 2.5 was recorded in ‘severe’ category at 406 and PM 10 in ‘poor’ category at 294, while CO 66 reached ‘satisfactory’ level.
In Aya Nagar, PM 2.5 reached 306 in the ‘very poor’ category and PM 10 was at 198 in the ‘moderate’ category. CO was recorded at 57 under ‘satisfactory’ category at the weather centre.
The AQI monitoring station in Dwarka Sector 8 recorded PM 2.5 at 375, in the ‘very poor’ category, and PM 10 at 263 ‘poor’, while CO at 64 and NO2 at 61, both at ‘satisfactory’ levels. to be done.
