Demand for liquor by threatening with weapon, two accused arrested from Bhatti
Balod: The police have arrested two accused who were scaring people by waving swords in front of Gurur country liquor shop in the district. It is being told that both the miscreants were carrying sharp weapons and demanding liquor from the customers who had come to buy it. The police took action against the accused under the Arms Act and sent both of them to jail.
According to the information received from Superintendent of Police Jitendra Kumar Yadav, the accused were forcing the people visiting the liquor shop to drink liquor by showing sharp weapons. On receiving the complaint, Gurur police immediately reached the spot. Police detained accused Devmal Patel and Ashok Dhruv. After that, action was taken against both of them under the Arms Act and they were sent to jail.
