Deputy CM Arun Sao announced to give Rs 10 lakh for community building
Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao attended the closing ceremony of the three-day state level Kabaddi competition held in Jarhagaon. Addressing the function he said that Jarhagaon area is known for Kabaddi. Not only have big Kabaddi events been held here, but many big players have also emerged. This tradition should continue in future also. He talked about providing all possible help in the development of Jarhagaon. Mr. Sao told the players that the competition is a great platform to showcase their talent. Sports keeps both body and mind healthy. They will make efforts to ensure that the name of Jarhagaon becomes bright at the state and national level.

District Panchayat member Durga Umashankar Sahu, Vice President of District Panchayat Mungeli Mr. Pawan Pandey, local public representatives, officials and members of District Kabaddi Association and Organizing Committee and a large number of sports lovers were present in the program. The final match of the three-day state level Kabaddi competition was played between Gidha and Korba. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sao started the final match by conducting the toss. Korba team performed better and captured the winning trophy. Shri Sav gave awards to the winning teams of both men and women categories.
