Design of parikrama prakalpa to be changed soon: Odisha law minister
Puri: The design of the Parikrama prakalpa of the temple will be changed soon informed the Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan. A new design will be formed by adding some more renovations to the old design.
Especially, arrangements will be made for various types of yagyan mandaps. Since the religious sentiments of the people are associated with this project, discussions are going on regarding this. Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan said that the work will start in two to three months.
Similarly, arrangements have been made for special darshan in the temple for the new year. Arrangements have been made to see Lord Jagannath in an orderly manner from the Nata Mandap to the Garuda stambha. There will be special arrangements for the people with and the older people.
According to the information it is further worth mentioning other than the Parikrama Prakalpa, the ramp system discussed by the OBCC will be completed by new year. Although the complete picture of the new darshan system has not been released, according to the information, a six-lane barricade will be built. The barricade and ramp will be made of wood. The first lane will be used by a person with disability. The second lane will be used by children and women. The next lane will be used by older citizens. The remaining three lanes will be used by men.
On the other hand, a special ramp is being built behind the Garuda pillar for those who want to see the darshan.
