Disgusting act: Husband used to record video of wife’s private moments, shared it
Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh): In Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, a husband recorded videos of private moments spent with his wife and went viral. He also WhatsApped the videos to father-in-law and brother-in-law. The accused had secretly recorded the videos by installing CCTV cameras in the house.
The woman has registered a case against her husband in the police station.
In the complaint lodged at Mandhata police station in Khandwa district, the woman said that her husband recorded some obscene videos of her and sent them to her father and brother. Due to a dispute with her husband, the woman was living in her maternal home for some time. The woman had also filed a dowry harassment case against her husband some time ago.
Due to the settlement, she started living back with her husband. Meanwhile, the husband had got a CCTV camera installed inside the house.
After a few days again there was a dispute between husband and wife, then the woman started living at her maternal home. On August 9, private videos recorded from the CCTV installed in her house were sent by her husband Mehtab on the mobile phones of other members of the woman’s family, including her father-in-law and brother-in-law. After this the woman reached the Mandhata police station and complained about it. At present, the police have registered a case against the accused husband and started investigation.
Khandwa SP Satyendra Kumar Shukla said that after a dispute arose between the husband and wife, the husband had sent some objectionable videos to the wife’s family members. A complaint has been made on behalf of the wife in the police station, after which a case has been registered by the police. Action is being taken in this under the IT Act. This is the video of the time when the circumstances between the two were normal, which has now been sent to the family of the woman after the dispute. Action is being taken against the woman’s husband. The SP said that this is definitely a violation of his privacy, and action is being taken under the IT Act.
