District Collector took review meeting of important departments to make it effective for prevention of water borne and electrical related accidents.
District Collector Mr. Pukhraj Sen instructed the officers to quickly redress the grievances of the complainants coming to the government offices and do effective monitoring in the field.
A review meeting of important departments was organized today in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat under the chairmanship of the District Collector. He said that the departments should coordinate in providing relief to the common people. He directed the CMHO to do effective monitoring for the prevention of seasonal diseases. He instructed to fill the vacant posts of doctors on UTB basis as soon as possible. He directed the PMO to make better use of the resources available in the General Hospital in the interest of the patients.
He instructed the Zilla Parishad’s CEO and subdivision officers and the executive engineer of the Water Resources Department to maintain mutual coordination to prevent incidents of drowning in dams and ponds. Continuous monitoring of the field team and general public should be made aware. He instructed the Superintending Engineer of the Electricity Department to keep the field team on alert mode so that accidents do not happen due to electric current during the rainy season. Get loose electric wires repaired and transformers at the prescribed height.
After reviewing the complaints registered on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal, he directed that the concerned officers should ensure quality disposal before the stipulated time. He said that as per the instructions of the state government, the three-tier public hearing system has been started again, so the concerned officers should inform the concerned complainants about the disposal of the cases that came in the past public hearings. He instructed the Municipal Council Commissioner to keep effective monitoring of the cleanliness system of the city and to make water drainage management by paying special attention to rain water logged areas.
He instructed the Superintending Engineer of the Water Supply Department that the production of water has increased due to the commissioning of new tubewells, so make arrangements for distribution of drinking water in such a way that the consumers get an equal supply of drinking water. He directed the CDEO to keep effective monitoring on Chief Minister Bal Gopal Milk Scheme. Make sure to provide milk to children in prescribed quantity. Arrangements should be made to ensure that rain water does not get filled in the schools.
