DJ sound played till late night, police took action to confiscate it

Janjgir. Action was taken against the operator who played DJ sound at a louder volume than the limit till late night in Champa Road in front of Janjgir Hotel Dream Point. DJ sound system was confiscated. Janjgir police informed about the proceedings that the name of the operator is Deepak Singh Chandel, age 24 years. Who is a resident of Kodabhat police station Pamgarh.

Despite the instructions of the High Court, action is being taken against DJs found playing till late night. The DJ was not equipped with a sound measuring device, which is mandatory for every DJ operator. For these reasons, as per the instructions of the High Court, the DJ was seized and action has been taken under the Noise Act, which will be presented in the court.

The old criminal record of the DJ operator is also being checked. If he is found to have committed any crime under the Noise Act in the past, then a detailed report will also be sent to DJ Sound for legal action.
