Raw peanuts- 1/2 cup
Tamarind juice/pulp – 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – a few
Soak the almonds overnight. If it is taking more time then soak it in hot water for at least 30 minutes, later drain the water.

Onion- 1 (small size)
Whole green and red chillies – 2 to 3
Chana dal- 1/2 tablespoon
Urad dal- 1/2 tablespoon
Garlic- 3-4 cloves
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Cumin- 3/4 tsp
Chutney Recipe
Soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes.
Prepare other ingredients for chutney as well.
Also soak the almond peels until you use them so that it can grind evenly with the other ingredients.
If using peanuts, roast them in a pan on medium flame until their raw smell disappears.
Later, when it cools down, you can add soaked almond peels to it.
Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add chopped onion, chilli, both lentils, cumin and black pepper and fry.
Fry the mixture until the onion becomes transparent and light brown.
Prepare the tamarind pulp by extracting it.
Once the onion ingredients have cooled, put them in a food processor jar.
Add peeled almonds and roasted peanuts, tamarind extract and salt.
Blend all together and adjust water, salt and sourness as per your taste.
Finally garnish the ground chutney with tempered mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Almond Peel Body Wash
