They have formed their own legal team which will present their side before the High Court from the next hearing.
The protesting resident doctors demand that all the culprits be arrested with proper evidence and the CBI should issue an official press release confirming this. A written apology and resignation has also been demanded from the higher officials (former Principal, MSVP, Dean of Student Affairs, Head of Chest Medicine Department and Assistant Superintendent who was on duty that day at RGKMCH).
It has been demanded that these officials should be barred from holding any administrative or official position in any institution for the remaining period of their service. They have sought an explanation from the Health Bhawan as to why the resignation of the former Principal of RGKMCH has not been accepted.
