Dogs were scratching the dead body of a newborn child, sensation spread in the area

Gurdaspur: The body of a newborn baby has been found in Nabipur Colony of Gurdaspur. According to the people of the colony, the dogs had brought the child’s body from somewhere and after seeing it in a deserted place, they were tearing it apart and eating it. By the time the local residents came to know about this, the dogs had eaten the child’s body from the stomach down. On receiving information about this, President of Sada Punjab Federation Inderpal Singh reached the spot and informed the police. After this, police station Sadar also reached the spot. This incident has spread sensation in the entire area.

Federation leader Inderpal Singh has demanded that not only should a case be registered against unknown people, but the matter should be seriously investigated and strict action should be taken against those who commit such heinous acts. On the other hand, Mohalla resident Harjeet told that at around 4.30 in the evening, his sister-in-law told him that the dogs were eating something near the car outside the house, when he reached the spot, he saw that the dogs were scratching the child’s body. The dogs were chased away from there. When they saw, the dogs had eaten the lower part of the child’s body, making it difficult to tell whether the child was a boy or a girl. He immediately informed the local residents and police.
