‘Dream Girl 2’ will make viewers fall off their seats: Ayushmann Khurrana
Mumbai (IANS). Offbeat actor Ayushmann Khurrana will soon be seen in ‘Dream Girl 2’. He is the first actor to have a commercial comedy film franchise.
The actor said that he had not made any such plans.
Talking about the commercial comedy film franchise, Ayushmann said, “I never planned that I would have a hit comedy franchise in my filmography. To be honest, it happened to me accidentally. I only looked for entertaining projects. So that I can connect with as many people as possible.
“I got offered the ‘Dream Girl’ franchise and it turned out to be the perfect fit for me because it’s really a break-out concept that no one has done yet,” she added.
Ayushmann said that I always like to be original and do something out of the box.
The actor said, “You can’t get anything more different from the Dream Girl franchise, which is why I think people have loved the first film so much.”
He said, “The response to the trailer of Dream Girl 2 shows that we are on the right track.”
“I hope people enjoy Dream Girl 2. We have worked hard to bring to the audience an entertaining film that will make people fall off their seats,” he added.
