Driver dies, one injured after ambulance overturns

Pathalgaon. An ambulance driver died and another was seriously injured after their vehicle went out of control and overturned on the Bagicha-Charaidand highway in Chhattisgarh’s Jashpur district.

According to the police, the ambulance driver Aman Kushwaha died on the spot in the accident that took place last night, while another person was seriously injured and admitted to Bagicha Community Health Centre. It is being told that the ambulance driver was returning to Ambikapur after leaving the patient. Meanwhile, an accident took place near the under construction culvert near Narayanpur. The ambulance went out of control on the bad road, overturned in the field below and collided with a tree. Narayanpur police station has registered the case and started investigation.
