Driver drove pickup fast while drunk, 8 people injured when it overturned

Raigarh: 8 people have been injured when a pickup overturned in the district. Four people have suffered serious injuries. After the incident, on receiving information about the case, the police team reached the spot and the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. This accident is of Dharamjaigarh Police Station area.

According to the information, the accident happened around 10 pm. All the people in the pickup had gone from Rairuma to Sithra to attend a wedding ceremony. Then while returning, the pickup went out of control near Sisringa and overturned. After the accident, on receiving information about the case, the police have started further action.

After the pickup overturned near Sisringa, a situation of chaos was created on the spot. Then the driver Kamlesh Yadav left from there saying that he was going to the hospital and fled. It is being told that he was drunk. Let us tell you that there were more women in the pickup that went from Rairuma to Sithra. Four women have been seriously injured. All of them lived in the same village. At present, the treatment of the injured is going on.
