Drugs found in two prisoners in jail
Gurgaon. During search in Bhondsi jail, narcotics were found from two undertrial prisoners. One of the prisoners said that the jail warden provided intoxicants. On the complaint of the jail superintendent, Bhondsi police station has registered a case and started investigation. In the complaint given to Bhondsi police station, Jail Superintendent Charan Singh said that on November 10, the prisoners lodged in Block 4B and 11A of the jail were searched.
During the search, sulpha-like intoxicant was recovered from the possession of Pawan Kumar, a resident of Alwar, an undertrial prisoner lodged in Block 4B. At the same time, intoxicants were also recovered from Balvindra alias Bodi, a resident of Civil Lines, Gurugram, an undertrial prisoner of Block 11A. During interrogation, prisoner Pawan Kumar told that on October 30, he had gone to PGI Rohtak for treatment.
While coming back from here, he had brought intoxicants with him. At the same time, Balvindra alias Bodi told during interrogation that the warden had brought him this intoxicant. He complained about this to Bhondsi police station and registered a case. The police is investigating the matter
