New Delhi: Four people, including a conductor, were injured when a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus overturned in Rohini area of the national capital on Sunday. An officer gave this information.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rohini) Gurikbal Singh Sidhu, around 7 am, a police control room (PCR) call was received at police station KNK Marg regarding the overturning of a DTC bus near Rohini Sector-13. The DCP said, “A police team immediately reached the spot and found an overturned DTC bus at the accident site. “Three passengers of the bus and the conductor sustained minor injuries in the accident, who are undergoing treatment at BSA Hospital.”
Initial investigation revealed that the driver of the DTC bus had lost control while turning the bus at the T-point. The DCP said, “The driver of the bus has been taken into custody. “Appropriate legal action is being taken in the matter.”
