E-governance will stop corruption: Chief Minister Dhami
Dehradun. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while participating in the program organized at Chief Sevak Sadan, Chief Minister’s residence, Dehradun on Sunday, launched various apps and portals created by the Information Technology Development Agency under the ‘From Digital Innovation to Good Governance’. During this, he distributed certificates of training conducted towards making them digitally literate to various village heads.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched IFMS mobile application, e-pension portal, Single Sign On (SSO), State Portal (Renewal), State GO Portal, DBT developed by the Information Technology Development Agency. Launched additional services in portal, UK Visitor Pass App, PSARA, Chief Minister Jan Samarpan (Tehsil Day) Portal, Chief Minister Reference Portal, PM Gatishakti Uttarakhand Portal and Apuni Sarkar Portal.
During this, the Chief Minister launched CM Helpline Version 2.0, CM Jan Samarpan (Tehsil Day) Portal, Apuni Sarkar Portal, CM Reference Portal, UK Visitor App, PM Gatishakti Uttarakhand Portal, ITDA CALC Training, DBT Portal, Also watched short films based on Single Sign On (SSO), IFMS mobile application, and e-pension.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that this program is a day of innovation in the digital sector. Today, with the aim of providing convenience to the common people, various services are being simplified and made online. New work is being done daily in the field of online services by the state government. The state government is committed to ensure that our state progresses as a model state in the field of digital. Today our state is continuously moving forward in the field of digital revolution. In the digital era, along with the economy, lifestyle has also improved.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government is moving towards good governance and paperless governance with the help of e-governance. The work of connecting youth with technical education and online training is also going on in the state. The state government is taking development forward by connecting the people standing at the last end of the society with digitalization. Uttarakhand state is being developed as a digital destination. The state government is also working rapidly on network connectivity in the border areas of Uttarakhand.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government has worked to curb corruption by promoting e-governance. Corruption has suffered a major blow due to the implementation of online system in government offices. A feeling of simplification, solution, solution and satisfaction has awakened in every citizen of the state. The priority of the state government is that the common people should get the benefit of government facilities sitting at home. They did not have to visit government offices unnecessarily.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that historic work has been done under Digital India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Today, digital transaction payment facilities are available in every region of India. The Prime Minister has shown the path of good governance to the entire country through e-governance. He said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the country and the state of Uttarakhand are continuously moving forward on the path of development. Today India is the fifth largest economy in the world.
Secretary Shailesh Bagauli said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami ji, digitalization is being taken forward at a rapid pace in the state. More and more government services are being made online so that the common man does not face any kind of problem. He said that the work of installing more than 500 mobile towers in Uttarakhand under the 4G saturation scheme is in progress. 950 government services have been taken under Right to Service. Out of which more than 600 services are available on online medium.
Secretary Shri Shailesh Bagauli said that work on digital record keeping is going on within the state. The State Data Center has been updated. CM Helpline 1905 is integrated with latest and advanced technology. An e-system has been created to resolve complaints at the tehsil level.
During this program, MLA Durgeshwar Lal, Additional Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan, Secretary Finance Dr. V. Shanmugam, Special Secretary Home Ridhim Aggarwal, Director General U Cast Prof. Durgesh Pant, Director ITDA Nitika Khandelwal and others were present.
