E-Sprinto Rapo and Romi electric scooters launched in India
Two-wheeler manufacturer e-Sprinton has launched two new electric scooters Rapo and Romi in India. The starting price of Rapo electric scooter is Rs 62,999 and Romi is priced at Rs 54,999 respectively. The Rapo is available in four color variants of red, blue, grey, black and white, while the Romi is offered in red, blue, grey, black and white. With this the product lineup of e-Sprinto now has 6 models with 18 variants.

Rapo comes with Lithium/Lead battery and portable auto cutoff charger. The battery powers the 250 W BLDC hub engine which is claimed to offer a top speed of 25 KMPH. The company has claimed that this bike can cover a mileage of 100 km on full charge.
It has got IP65 waterproof rating. The bike has a ground clearance of 170mm. Its length is 1840, width is 720 and height is 1150.
It runs on 12-inch front wheel and 10-inch rear wheel. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic hydraulics at the front and coil spring three-step adjustable mechanism at the rear. It also has front disc brake and rear drum brake. Furthermore, its loading capacity is 150 kg.

Like the e-Sprinto Rapo, the Romi has an IP65-rated 250 W BLDC hub motor, powered by a lithium/lead battery. It offers a top speed of 25 KMPH. It also gives a mileage of 100 kilometers on full charge.
In dimensions, the scooter measures 1800 in length, 710 in width and 1120 in height. It offers a ground clearance of 170 mm and is equipped with an advanced suspension system with telescopic hydraulic front suspension and coil spring three-step adjustable rear suspension. Braking duties are handled by the front disc brake, ensuring a strong and versatile riding experience with a loading capacity of 150 kg.
Features of the bike include remote lock/unlock, remote start, engine kill switch/child lock/parking mode and USB-based mobile charging. It has a digital color display that shows battery status, motor failure, throttle failure and controller failure.
