Earthquake tremors in Andaman Sea, intensity was 4.3

Port Blair (ANI): An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale struck the Andaman Sea in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Friday morning, the National Center for (NCS) said in a statement.
According to NCS, the earthquake occurred at 5:50 am at a depth of 10 km.
“Earthquake of intensity: 4.2, occurred on 20-10-2023 at 05:50:05 IST, Latitude: 14.15 & Longitude: 93.08, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Andaman Sea,” NCS said in an ‘X’ post. . ,
Earlier on Monday, an earthquake measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale had occurred in Satara district of Maharashtra. (ANI)
