Efforts continue to rescue 4 bears from the well, forest staff on the spot
Korea: A female bear and a male bear along with two of her cubs fell into a well in the district. On the information of Deputy Sarpanch of Sons Gram Panchayat, Korea Forest Division SDO Akhilesh Mishra and his entire team reached the spot. Efforts are being made to rescue the bears from the well.
In this regard, SDO Forest Akhilesh Mishra said that a female and a male bear along with its two cubs have fallen into the well, the incident is said to have happened at night. First an attempt was made to bring them up using bamboo, now efforts are being made to bring them out using JCB. According to the information, a female and a bear along with her two cubs fell in a well of Gram Panchayat Sons in Baikunthpur range of Korea Forest Division. Throughout the night he tried his best to pull himself out of the well.
Hearing the sound of bears in the morning, the villagers came near the well and saw 4 bears fallen. Till 2 pm at the time of writing the news, the forest staff is engaged in the rescue of bears.
