Elderly people were motivated to vote in Syan Jatan program

Women, men, youth, elderly people, new voters and newly married women are being made aware by conducting voter awareness campaign under the SVEEP program in schools and colleges including remote hilly areas, forest areas and rural areas of the district. Voter awareness campaign was conducted among the elderly people in the Syan Jatan program organized at Government Ayurveda Dispensary and Health Wellness Center Urga, Bhainsma and Godhi last day.

By taking out a rally in the campaign, all the elderly people were given a resolution for compulsory voting on the voting date under the upcoming assembly general elections 2023. Similarly, SVEEP slogan writing competition was organized today in Government EVPG College Korba and all the students were resolved for compulsory voting. In Gram Panchayat Batra of District Panchayat Pali, wall writing work is being done by the women of self-help group to make the villagers aware about voting. Many slogans like ‘People’s call is the call of the people, it is the right to vote’ are being written by women on the walls of the houses in all the wards and localities of the village.
