Manendragarh: New methods of campaigning are being seen during the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. One such case has come to light from Manendragarh, where BJP candidate Shyam Bihari Jaiswal came out on a bicycle in a unique way to seek votes. He campaigned by riding a bicycle and appealed to the people to vote.
Let us tell you that Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has also been an MLA from Manendragarh Assembly in the past. Shyam Bihari Jaiswal was the Vice President of District Panchayat and member of District Panchayat from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, he was elected MLA from Manendragarh Assembly for the first time. He defeated Congress candidate Gulab Singh in the election. He got 32613 votes, while Gulab Singh got 28435 votes.
