Employees who have completed 35 years of service in MP will get the fourth time scale pay scale

Bhopal (IANS). Madhya Pradesh government has taken a big decision for those employees. The employees who have completed 35 years of service will be given the fourth time scale pay scale. In the meeting of the Council of Ministers chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, approval was given to implement the Assured Career Promotion Scheme for uniform cadres of all departments of the state government.

With this decision, the fourth time scale pay scale will be approved from July 1, 2023, in case of service of 35 years or more to the government employees of the state. The Finance Department was authorized to issue guidelines for the fourth time scale pay scale. On acceptance of this pay scale, the estimated expenditure burden on the government will come to Rs 250 crore. The cabinet decided to give art training fellowship-2023 to the youth. In order to promote traditional and tribal folk art, approval was given to provide honorary fellowship of Rs 10,000 to one thousand youth of the state through Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum for a period of three months.

Under the scheme, youth will be given training in any one of the arts out of singing, music, dance, theatre, painting and craft etc. in 3 months. The cabinet approved the establishment of four new Government Colleges, Government Law College Dindori, Government College Narayanganj Mandla, Government College Khirkiya Harda, Government College Khaddi Sidhi.

In relation to the reservation of 20 percent plots for SC and ST entrepreneurs in the industrial areas developed by the Council of Ministers and 50 percent exemption in premium and development fee to these entrepreneurs, Madhya Pradesh MSME’s Industrial Land and Building Allotment and Management Rules 2021 (as Revised October 2022) decided to amend. The cabinet decided to establish six new government ITIs in the state. Approval was given for the creation of 114 teaching and 66 administrative posts for these 6 ITIs.

The Council of Ministers decided to exempt the pre-existing units of the Mudra Yojana, which are being renewed after September 1, 2022, from the provision of being a new enterprise in the scheme to be benefited if they are eligible under the Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana. took.
