Experts inspect slope protection work for highway projects

A two-member team of MoRTH EE Abhay Kumar and Tehri Dam Hydro Development Corporation Director Neeraj Aggarwal inspected Longding-Tissa-Khonsa (NH 215), Hukanjuri-Khonsa (NH 315A) and Changlang-Khonsa (NH 215). “Although the contractor has restored the site twice after the completion of the project as per the scope of the contract agreement, several difficulties have arisen due to repeated shifting of the road construction due to the subsidence area,” he informed, and Expressed hope that the expert team will help explore possible mitigation actions.
