Facilities online, yet brokers are looting thousands

Not getting rid of touts in RTO, they are charging Rs 5000 for driving license Raipur. Even after 50 out of 60 facilities in the RTO office are online, the brokers are not giving up. Brokers are charging three to five thousand rupees even after the facilities related to driving license, permit, name change, tax, fitness are available online. Brokers get promotion from transport, officials and employees because they get commission from the brokers.
