Fake hair remover and pain killer cream recovered

This time, the police have arrested a suspect who tried to collect fake cream from a well-known company selling hair removal and pain-relieving medicines. The value of the recovered goods is said to be Rs 4 lakh. A case was registered against Naeem.
According to police, the company’s Mumbai-based director Sumit Arya had contacted Brahmapuri police on Thursday. Summit said it keeps an eye on products from well-known companies. He said that counterfeit products of his customers were being sold in Madhavapuram.
Brahmapuri police obtained Sumit’s information and arrested the youth in the car near Modi Hotel in Madhavpuram. During the search, a large quantity of Veet Hair Remover and fake Move Pain Cream was recovered from the car.
During interrogation, the accused revealed his name as Naeem Farzand Shabir, resident of Trapuri. Naeem told that he currently lives in Talai Idgah located at Rasdi Gate. While gathering information, it was revealed that Naeem was supplying fake products to major stores of the city. The value of the items seized from the defendant was reported to be several hundred thousand yen. On the other hand, Brahmapuri Inspector Vishnu Kaushik said that a case has been registered against Naeem under the Copyright Act.
