Family did fraudulent work to get admission for their son, FIR lodged

Durg news. Many complaints of fraud in admission under Right-to-Education RTE have come to the fore in the district. Collector Richa Prakash Choudhary has taken strict cognizance of this. He has directed the District Education Officer that if any complaint is received in admission under RTE, then it should be thoroughly investigated.

If even a single wrong admission is done in the session 2024-25 under the Right to Education Act, then an FIR will be lodged against the concerned parents. The District Education Officer said that, Bhuneshwar Kumar Ninanve and Banarasi Sahni had prepared fake documents to get their child admitted under RTE. On the basis of that, they have applied in more than one school to get their child admitted in RTE.

The Aadhaar number is the same in all the applications, but the address is different. Documents have been sent to Durg SP to register an FIR against these two parents.
