Farmers upset due to indifference of monsoon, crisis over paddy transplanting

Due to lack of sufficient rains in Gumla district, paddy has not been planted. Due to which the faces of the food giver have withered. Farmers keep gazing towards the sky throughout the day in the hope that maybe Indra Dev will be kind to them. Gumla district of Jharkhand is one of those districts in the state, where most of the population is completely dependent on agriculture, but the government and administration have not made any arrangement for irrigation in the district. Means the food giver is completely dependent on God and this year even Indra Dev is looking angry. It is not raining and there is no option of irrigation. Farmers are now beginning to fear that if paddy is not planted, will they be able to collect bread for two times in the whole year or not.
There is no irrigation system for the farmers.
The percentage of sowing of paddy in the district is very less, due to which the farmers are very upset. If the sowing of paddy is not done in a few days, then the farmers will not get any benefit and their economic condition will also deteriorate. Although the assessment of drought-affected districts is being done by the state government, but the farmers say that the government does the assessment on its own every time, but the compensation and relief that should be given to the farmers is never received. In such a situation, the farmers have only hope that it will rain soon in the district so that they can sow paddy.
The indifference of monsoon in the district has drawn lines of worry on the forehead of the farmers. The family is completely dependent on agriculture. They are getting desperate.
