Fatal Accident in Suryapet: Two Teachers Killed, Two Headmasters Injured
A serious road accident took place in Tungaturthi constituency of Suryapet district. A speeding car lost control and overturned near Aravapalli. Two teachers were killed in the accident. Two other headmasters were seriously injured.
Going into details.. As schools reopened today after the Sankranthi holidays, five teachers from Nalgonda left for their school in Tungaturthi in a car. Among them, three were women and two were men. The car they were travelling in lost control and overturned when it reached Aravapalli. In this accident, Kalpana, a teacher working as the SO of Kastharba Schools, died on the spot. Poreddy Geetha Reddy, working as the headmaster of Ravulapalli, Tungaturthi headmaster Alwala Praveen, and Annaram headmaster Alwala Sunitha were seriously injured. The driver suffered minor injuries.
Upon receiving information about the accident, the police rushed to the scene and took up rescue operations. The injured were rushed to the hospital. However, Geetha Reddy also died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
