Fear of murder of ITI student, family demands investigation
Korba. A young man from the city, who was doing ITI while living in the neighboring district, died under suspicious circumstances. The family has expressed suspicion of murder in the case. Sumit Banjare, 20, son of Shivkumar Banjare, resident of the city, was studying ITI while living in Jajepur of neighboring district Janjgir-Champa.
On Friday, his friends informed his family on mobile about his injury and admission to Champa hospital. When the family reached there, Sumit’s condition was critical. He was brought and admitted to a private hospital in the city.
Where he died during treatment. Sumit’s friends told the family that they had gone for a walk when he fell from the bike and got injured. On the other hand, Sumit’s family including his father Shivkumar have expressed apprehension that he might be murdered.
According to the family, Sumit’s friends are not telling from which bike he fell. At the same time, since there is no injury mark on Sumati’s body, they clearly feel that the case was murder.
Civil Line Police has started investigation in the matter. According to the police, after establishing a case in the case, the diary will be sent to Janjgir-Champa police for further investigation.
