New Delhi: The effigy of Ravana has been burnt in Gandhi Maidan, Patna. CM Nitish Kumar had attended the program as chief guest. With this, good has won over evil.
Special programs of Ravana Dahan have been organized at 10 places in Ahmedabad city. The largest 60 feet Ravana Dahan program will be organized at the Railway Colony grounds in Sabarmati. Ravana Dahan program will be organized at more than 50 places in Gujarat. Apart from Sabarmati in Ahmedabad, Nagarbel Hanuman, 50 feet effigy of Ravana in Hare Krishna temple Bhadaj and 35 feet effigy of Ravana will be burnt in ISKCON temple.
An effigy of the opponents of Sanatan Dharma has also been made by Lavkush Ramlila in the Red Fort Ground of Delhi. People have started gathering here. Arvind Kejriwal, Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and Kangana Ranaut will attend the program as chief guests.
Panchkula, Haryana is going to create a record this time in Ravana Dahan. Preparations are on to burn the 171 feet tall effigy of Ravana in Panchkula’s Shalimar Garden. Organizers claim that this is the world’s tallest effigy of Ravana. This time a 131 feet effigy of Ravana will be burnt at the parade ground in Dehradun.
