When the police went near and saw, it looked like a 4-month-old fetus. The embryo had started forming arms, legs and parts of the body. Whose fetus is this and who threw it here, the police is ascertaining it. At present, the police has prepared the panchnama of the fetus and sent it to the PM. Police say that it will be known only after investigation whether the fetus was thrown here due to illegal relations or there is some other matter. At present, the police is questioning the people around.
