Fight between BJP-Congress workers, police present on the spot

Surajpur: Late night, vehicles were being searched near the house of a BJP leader in Silphili, Surajpur, when a clash broke out between the supporters of BJP and Congress. The police and FST team pacified the matter by giving advice to the people of both the parties. BJP workers allege that he was holding a meeting at Rajesh Kushwaha’s place in Silphili. Meanwhile, Jaynagar police reached there. Talking about receiving the complaint, they started searching the vehicles of BJP workers. Meanwhile, Congress people reached there in vehicles armed with sticks and started arguing.

During this time, the dispute escalated so much that the police and FST team intervened and pacified the matter. Whereas Congress says that the police had received a complaint on which it was conducting a search. Meanwhile, Congress workers were passing by. The policemen had also stopped them for search. Congress says that BJP has become nervous due to fear of defeat, hence now it is making wild allegations. In this entire matter, the Additional Superintendent of Police said that no case has been registered against any party in this matter.
