Fighting in Raipur, people from two sides clashed

Raipur: The dispute between two parties escalated into violence in Raipur on Friday evening. The video of the fight has also surfaced. In which around 50 people from two sides are seen running with sticks, shovels and rods. After the fight, a large number of women from the locality reached the police station late at night.

The whole matter is of two localities between Tikrapara and Kotwali police station. At around 7 pm on Friday evening, the women of Pujari Nagar had reached the Ganesh pandal in the neighboring Dhimar locality after celebrating the Navakhai festival. Women started worshiping there. Meanwhile, some people in the crowd started abusing. When the women refused to do so, the matter escalated. The controversy escalated within no time. People from both sides clashed with each other. However, there is no news of anyone being injured in the fight.

After the incident, women of the area reached the police station in large numbers late at night. Dhimar Para’s shadow Dhivar says that some people from the neighboring locality are roaming around with knives. Don’t know what will happen when. Women expressed concern about the safety of their children.
