Fire breaks out in soft drink factory in Odisha’s Ganjam district, property worth over Rs 1 crore gutted

Bermhapur: Fire broke out in a soft drink factory in Ganjam district of Odisha on Wednesday morning. Property worth over Rs 1 crore reportedly gutted in this fire mishap.

As per reports, fire broke out in a soft drink factory on the main road of Kodala in Ganjam district. Machines and raw materials for manufacturing of the drinks were destroyed due to the fire.

It is reported that raw materials worth over Rs 1 crore were gutted in the fire.

After getting information the fire fighters from Kodala fire department reached the spot and doused the flames.

Fortunately, no people was affected in this fire incident.

The reason of the fire is said to be a short circuit in the electricity supply.
