Fire burning in paint warehouse for 10 hours
Rewari. A massive fire broke out in a warehouse on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. It has been more than 10 hours since the fire started, more than 10 fire brigade vehicles are trying to control the fire but still the fire has not been controlled. The cause of the fire is not yet known. Due to the fire, goods worth crores of rupees kept in the warehouse have been reduced to ashes.
According to the information received, a paint warehouse of Nipon is built in village Raliyawas on Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH-48). A sudden fire broke out in a part of the warehouse at around 9.30 pm on Saturday night. Some employees were present in the warehouse at that time. Before the employees could understand anything, the fire spread rapidly. Fire department was informed about the fire. Initially two fire tenders reached the spot and tried to control the fire.
Within a few minutes the fire spread throughout the warehouse. Flames and smoke spread everywhere. Seeing the dire nature of the fire, additional fire tenders from Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal were called to the spot. Fire engines kept trying to control the fire throughout the night, but the fire could not be controlled. Seeing the fire increasing, fire tenders parked in the companies of the industrial sector were deployed to extinguish the fire. Paint worth crores of rupees was kept in the warehouse. Due to the fire, most of the stock has been burnt to ashes. However, the cause of the fire is not yet known. Fire department personnel are trying to control the fire.
