First look of Pankaj Jha, Omkar Das Manikpuri’s ‘Gauraiya Live’, release date released
Mumbai: Actors Pankaj Jha and Omkar Das Manikpuri are all set to come up with their drama film, titled ‘Gauraiya Live’.
On Wednesday, ‘Jawaan’ fame actor Omkar Das Manikpuri wrote on Instagram, “First look of my upcoming film ‘Gauraiya Live’ directed by Gabriel Vats. A very special film for me which also stars Pankaj Jha, Seema Saini, Naren Khatri. Ada Singh, Vinay Jha. Based on a true story, Gauraiya Live will release in cinemas on March 8, 2024. Produced by Rahul Rangare, Nishant Jain, Rohit Raj Singh Chauhan and Rajeev Jain. Written by Seema Saini and Gabriel Vats. Music Sunjoy By Bose Seema Saini.” Along with the post, the ‘Peepli Live’ actor shared a first-look poster.
The poster, which features a sparrow, summarizes the story of the film, in which the family members protect the sparrow in disguise.
Pankaj Jha also announced the release date of the film on Instagram. He wrote, “Releasing on 8th March 2024.”
Director Gabriel Watts said, “Gauraiya Live is not just a film; it is an emotional journey that reflects the resilience within us. The story of Gauraiya is a celebration of the human spirit, and I am thrilled to bring this story to audiences. Am.”
Omkar Das Manikpuri, who plays the pivotal role of Rampal in the film, shared, “Being a part of Gauraiya Live has been a deeply emotional experience. The film beautifully captures the essence of hope and family bonds, and I am confident that the audience will connect with it. The emotional journey it unfolds.”
The story is written by Seema Saini and directed by Gabriel Vatsa. It is produced by Rahul Rangare, Nishant Jain, Rohit Raj Singh Chauhan and Rajeev Jain. Gabriel Vats, Seema Saini, Rishabh Kurachya, Randhir Singh Thakur and Gaurav Bagga are co-producers.
The screenplay and dialogues are also written by Seema Saini and Gabriel Vats.
Sunjoy Bose and Seema Saini composed the film’s musical score, while Seema Saini herself wrote the lyrics.
Adaa Singh plays the role of Gauraiya in the film, the cast includes Omkar Das Manikpuri, Seema Saini, Pankaj Jha, Narendra Khatri, Vinay Jha, Ganesh Singh, Balram Ojha and Alok Chatterjee. ‘Gauraiya Live’ will be released in theaters on March 8.
