First randomization done through computerized system in presence of collector
Narayanpur. Under the chairmanship of Collector and District Election Officer Ajit Vasant, the first randomization of control unit and ballot unit was done today in the presence of representatives of political parties of the assembly constituency and the returning officer in the meeting room of the Collectorate. During this, Deputy District Election Officer DD Mandavi, Returning Officer Jitendra Kumar Kurre, Expenditure and EVM Nodal Officer Dr. Sumit Garg, MCC Nodal Officer Pradeep Vaidya and representatives of political parties, representatives of Indian National Congress, representatives of Bharatiya Janata Party and Communist Party of India were present. Representatives of Party of India were present. The first randomization of control units and ballot units was done for 265 polling stations of Narayanpur assembly, in which the first randomization of control units and ballot units was done for 265 polling stations of Bastar, Kondagaon and Narayanpur under the assembly. It is noteworthy that assembly wise polling stations 82 in Bastar, 56 in Kondagaon and 127 in Narayanpur are included in VVPAT, control unit and ballot unit randomization. Three new polling stations have been created under Narayanpur assembly constituency, which include Nayanar polling station number 87 of Narayanpur, Bagbera polling station number 97 and Chema polling station number 141 of Kondagaon district. Ballot and control units of polling stations are included from polling station number 01 to 127 in Narayanpur district, from 128 to 183 in Kondagaon district and from polling station number 184 to 265 in Bastar district.
