Flipkart cheated of Rs 98 thousand while returning saree, woman complains in police station

Bilaspur: A woman was duped of Rs 98 thousand online in the name of returning the saree ordered from online shopping app Flipkart. The woman, a resident of Vinoba Nagar of Tarbahar police station area, has said in her complaint that she had ordered a saree from the online shopping app Flipkart, which was delivered on September 13.

Since she did not like the saree, she called customer care to return it. After this, he got a call from another number, citing various procedures for withdrawal, and the details of his bank account were obtained. After this, Rs 98 thousand 059 crossed his account. The police have registered a crime against the unknown thug and started investigation.
