Four accused involved in fake currency business arrested
Palamu. Palamu police has arrested four accused involved in the business of fake notes. Fake notes (58 fake notes of Rs 500 ie Rs 29,000) have been recovered from them. After a long time, the matter of business of fake notes in Palamu has come to light. While on the one hand the police department is busy cracking down on this, on the other hand as soon as this news spreads, the common people are in awe that they have unknowingly become victims of this fake note.
On the basis of secret information, this fake note gang could be exposed. As soon as the police got information that some people can do fake currency transactions under the overbridge of the city, on the instructions of Sadar SDPO Rishabh Garg, forming a team, the area was cordoned off. Criminals could not understand this siege done in plain dress and the police caught them.
Firstly, at the appointed time all the four criminals involved in the business of fake notes gathered at one place. Seeing the opportunity, as soon as the police laid siege to them, the criminals got scared. As soon as they realized that they were trapped in the clutches of the police, they started trying to escape. The planning of the police was so perfect that the criminals did not succeed and they had to accept defeat. After arresting the four, the police also took the fake notes in their possession.
Police has received 58 fake notes of Rs 500 (Rs 29,000) from the arrested criminals. Apart from this, one mobile (total four) has also been recovered from the four criminals. The four people arrested for involvement in the fake currency trade are Vimlesh Kumar (38 years) and Sandeep Kumar Paswan (38 years), both residents of Mohammadganj in Palamu, Raju Ranjan alias Mukesh Dubey (38 years) resident of Kandu Mohalla, Medininagar. 35 years) and Ram Naresh Singh (55 years), who lives behind Redma Electricity Colony of Medininagar. Their criminal activities are being investigated.
