Jaipur. Jhalrapatan city police station has arrested three people including a woman for cheating by pretending to double the currency notes. The police have also recovered Rs 21 lakh 90 thousand from them out of the amount embezzled through fraud. Superintendent of Police Richa Tomar issued a press release late on Friday evening and said that Rajesh Suthar, resident of Juna Kheda village of Asnavar police station area, had given an application to the police on October 24 that a person named Kabbu Beg, resident of Bhawanimandi, duped him of doubling the amount. . And called with the amount to double the amount.
Rajesh Suthar fell into the trap of Kabbu Beg, and along with his friends, he collected Rs 30 lakh 30 thousand and to double this amount, he met Kabbu Beg at the Purva Hotel in Jhalrapatan. Where Kabbu Baig and another person along with him cheated them and ran away with the money. He searched for it but couldn’t find it. The Superintendent of Police said that as soon as the matter came to the notice of the police, a team was formed under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police Chiranjilal Meena under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent Mukul Sharma and Sub Inspector Rajendra Singh of the city police station.
On which the team members, on the information of the informer, arrested Kabbu Baig (63), son of Waheed Baig, resident of Jawahar Colony near Bhawani Mandi bus stand, Ajju Mohammad (45) son of Chhotu Mohammad, resident of Bhawani Mandi, and Rani (28), wife of Firoz Khan, resident of police station Kotwali district. Jhalawar was arrested and Rs 21 lakh 90 thousand of the defrauded amount was recovered from him. The police are investigating the matter thoroughly. And the search for Firoz Baig, another absconding accused in this case, is still going on. The police are interrogating the arrested people whether this is their first incident or whether they have committed more incidents at other places.
