Free bicycles will be provided to girl students studying in classes 6 to 8 in government schools
Sirohi. Under the Free Cycle Distribution Scheme for the financial year 2022-23, bicycles will be distributed to girl students studying in classes 6 to 8 in Sirohi Economically Weaker Section (EWS) government schools. 31 girls of Sirohi district will benefit from this scheme. Here 3 girls of class 6, 10 girls of class 7 and 18 girls of class 8 will get bicycles.
Under the scheme, proposals of eligible girl students were sent to the Director of Secondary Education, Bikaner through the beneficiary module of Shala Darpan. According to which bicycles will be distributed to 1036 girl students in the state. In which maximum 309 cycles will be distributed in Jalore district. Whereas in the state, the second highest number of 157 bicycles are to be given to girl students in Churu district. Whereas in Banswara-Baran not a single girl student will be benefited. Here, as per the instructions of the Director, all the District Education Officers Secondary have to purchase bicycles of 20 inch frame size.
This time a total of 1036 cycles will be distributed in the state. In which 303 girl students of class 6, 339 of class 7 and 394 girl students of class 8 will be benefited. Maximum 309 girl students will be benefited from Jalore district. Let us tell you that this time 5800 girls were to be benefited in the state, but in comparison to that only 1036 girl students will be benefited from the scheme.
This time not a single girl student from Banswara and Bara districts of the state is included in the category of beneficiaries. Whereas only 1 girl student from Ajmer district, 2 each in Dungarpur and Jhalawar, 3 each in Kota-Ganganagar,
5 each in Sawai Madhopur and Tonk and 6 in Udaipur will be benefited. 31 girls of Sirohi district will benefit from the cycle scheme. Here 3 girls of class 6, 10 girls of class 7 and 18 girls of class 8 will get bicycles. At the same time, a total of 20 girls will be benefited in Pali district. In Pali, 7 girls of class 6, 5 of class 7 and 8 girls of class 8 will get bicycles.
