Friend’s wife raped, accused arrested

Navapara. The police has arrested an accused who raped a friend’s wife. The victim told that the accused is a friend of her husband. The accused kept visiting the victim’s house. The victim told that on October 24, her husband had gone to work in the night shift, when the accused Hemant Nirmalkar reached home and threatened the victim and forcibly raped her. Due to public shame, the victim did not tell anyone about the incident. This further increased the courage of the defendants.

On November 1, the accused again reached her house and started raping the victim, but the victim started screaming loudly. After this the accused ran away from there. When the victim’s husband came home in the morning, the wife narrated the entire incident. After this Rakhi reached the police station and lodged a complaint against the accused Hemant Nirmalkar. The police registered the crime and arrested the accused from his house. During interrogation the accused confessed to his crime. The police arrested the accused and sent him to jail.
