Gajendra Singh Shekhawat’s defamation case will be prosecuted, Ashok Gehlot gets a shock

Shekhawat’s lawyer Aditya Vikram Singh said that the summons issued to Gehlot by the court on July 6 makes it clear that Gehlot is prima facie guilty in this entire case. If he is found guilty after the trial, he may face jail and his membership of the Assembly may be in danger.

Gehlot had challenged the summons in the Revision Court, which was rejected by the court during the hearing on Wednesday, which means now the acting Chief Minister will have to face trial.
