Gang making fake mark sheets busted in Indore
Indore (IANS). The interstate gang making fake marksheets has been busted in Indore. For the last five years, the gang members used to make marksheets of Higher Secondary, High School and many diplomas and sell them for lakhs of rupees.
According to the police, the gang used to target job seekers in private companies through marksheets of various diplomas. Used to provide them marksheets of diplomas of various universities.
The police arrested two members of the gang and recovered a large number of fake marksheets from them. Hundreds of marksheets from VIII, X to BAMS, BHMS, Lab Technician, M Pharma, D Pharma and other subjects have been recovered from the two people who have been caught. The accused are residents of Indore and Ujjain. The names of the accused are Manish and Dinesh.
According to DCP Abhishek Anand, a complaint had come to him that the work of selling fake marksheets was going on. When action was taken on the basis of the complaint, the accused were arrested. Police say that the accused have collected illegal assets worth crores of rupees through fake marksheets, the police is investigating how much property they have and where they are.
Apart from Madhya Pradesh, the accused have done the work of selling marksheets in many states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Delhi.
