Girl raped by her friend in hotel room, crime registered

Bilaspur. A girl from Raigarh, who came to Bilaspur to make reels for social media, was raped by her friend in a hotel room. On the basis of the diary received from Raigarh in Torva police, crime has been registered.

According to the information, the 22-year-old victim is active on social media and makes and posts short videos and reels. On last August 10, she came to Bilaspur by train with her friend Lambodar Mahant (24 years). Here both of them shot the video at the railway station. After this, the accused youth took him to a hotel on the pretext of feeding him. He also booked a room there. After this, threatening to kill her, she raped her in the hotel room. On returning, the girl informed her family members about the incident. After this he lodged a complaint at Raigad police station. Raigarh police sent the diary to Torwa police station after establishing the crime in zero. The Torwa police have registered a case of rape against the accused youth.
