‘Good Trouble’ will end after season 5
Washington: TV show ‘Good Trouble’ is coming to an end after season 5. The Freeform drama follows sisters Callie and Mariana as they try to move to Los Angeles. The show’s executive producers, Maia Mitchell and Cierra Ramirez, who play Callie and Mariana Foster, have praised each other and the show, Deadline reports.
Maia Mitchell and Cierra Ramirez took to their Instagram handles to express their gratitude and appreciation for each other.
“10 years of making TV with my best friend,” Michelle wrote beneath a photo of the co-stars. “Couldn’t be more proud of you (Sierra).”
“Having so many emotions after hearing that our beloved show, Good Trouble, has ended,” Ramirez wrote in her heartfelt post on Instagram. “The greatest of all, be gratitude.”
He called Mariana his “favorite work”.
“Playing a character on a show for 10+ years has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, one that has helped start important conversations, inspire transformative change in the world, and inspire people to be themselves and be a Inspired to find a place. Rest,” she wrote.
Ramírez discussed the influence of his character. “I can’t tell if there is any part of me in you or if you are like me at this moment, but nevertheless, I will always carry with me your courage, resilience, and willingness to give to others. Oh, and you best believe I’ll never let anyone tell me I can’t do something I set out to do.
Ramirez was grateful to everyone on the series, and called the crew “the true stars of the series”.
As Deadline reports, ‘Good Trouble’ will air for its final airing on January 2, 2024.
