Janjgir Champa. PHE employees came under the grip of 11 KV wire due to the negligence of the electricity department in Rahoud of Shivrinarayan police station area of the district. Due to this, Anil Tiwari was seriously injured, who was admitted to Bilaspur Apollo for treatment. Due to critical condition, he was referred to Raipur, where he died during treatment.

Actually, Balkumari Pandey of Rahoud told that her son-in-law Anil Tiwari, who was a PHE employee. After marriage, he was living in his house in Rahoud. An 11 KV wire passes over his house, which is adjacent to the house. The Electricity Department was informed several times to rectify this, but no action was taken by them. On July 7, Anil Tiwari was covering polythene while repairing the roof, when he came under the grip of 11KV wire and got badly burnt. Due to the blow, he had suffered a serious head injury after falling on the ground. Injured Anil was being treated in Raipur after Bilaspur, where PHE employee Anil Tiwari died during treatment.
