Government gave out of turn to two women commandos

Dantewada. In Dantewada district, a contingent of women commandos entered the core area of Naxalites and encountered hardcore Naxalite commander Hunga Vatti. Now the government has given out of turn to two women commandos from this contingent.

Sunaina Patel and Reshma Kashyap are not only from Chhattisgarh and Bastar but also the first female commandos of the country who were given out of turn after encountering Naxalites. Both of them are posted in Danteshwari Fighters of DRG in Dantewada.

In Dantewada, in the year 2021, the police had received information from an informer that there was a gathering of Naxalites between Jangampal and Gadam of Katekalyan police station area. Naxalite commander Hunga Vatti is also present here.

All Naxalites are armed with weapons. After this information, Dantewada Police sent DRG’s women commandos to the spot along with the men’s team. The male commandos of DRG and female commandos of Danteshwari Fighters had surrounded the Naxalites.
