Govinda’s niece shared her pain on social media, along with this lesson, ‘Don’t consider yourself alone’

Aarti Singh, niece of actor Govinda, who is considered the uncrowned king of comedy, also followed the footsteps of her maternal uncle and made acting her profession. Aarti, sister of comedian Krishna Abhishek, started her career in the world of small screen i.e. TV in the year 2007 and worked in many daily soaps. However, Aarti got special recognition after participating in the 13th season of Colors TV’s reality show Bigg Boss.
Now Aarti told about the panic attack in a social media post. Aarti wrote- There are times when you feel alone and numb. I’m very open about my panic attacks and how I’ve been suffering from them recently. Where I feel like I’m alone and every day I get up and fight.
Everything changes with time and that’s okay, because I know a lot of people are going through this. Just want to say that you are not alone. There is someone who is watching you. He is from above and He gives courage. I don’t care who thinks what. I just know that maybe there is someone out there who reads this and will know that you are not alone.

I have spoken about my condition before and continue to struggle with it, but I have placed my faith in God, which gives me the strength to stand firm as a rock. I offer support to anyone who feels like it’s a lonely struggle while everyone else is struggling with anxiety. Aarti has also done many shows like ‘The Comedy Cyrus’. She was seen in ‘Sasural Simar Ka’. Currently, Aarti is seen in ‘Ummeed Ki Roshni Shravani’.
